We’re delighted to welcome MiiR and local sound‑healing practitioner Adam Riehl into our Stone Way pop‑up for a restorative summer evening. This hour‑long sound bath is designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and simply rest. No movement, no agenda, just space to breathe.

You’ll be immersed in the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other gentle instruments while you lie back and let the sounds do the work. Every experience is unique: some people feel grounded, refreshed, sleepy, or simply more present.

After the session, you’re invited to explore the MiiR pop‑up—including their new Apparel & Bags Collection—and enjoy refreshments provided by Tailwind Nutrition.

Before you arrive:

• Bring anything that helps you feel cozy: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, eye mask, water

• Wear comfortable layers—bodies tend to cool down while resting

• Arrive a few minutes early to settle in
