  • Our vendors are not required, but we do charge a higher commission for caterers not on our partner list.

  • Yes! We can’t block the driveway, but the rest of the street is fair game (with standard permitting).

  • • 9hrs of access (including setup and tear down)

    • Onsite representative throughout event for support
    • Post-event cleaning
    • 1-hr rehearsal in advance of the event during normal business hours (must work with event schedule)

  • Yes, of course!

  • We have 6 gender neutral bathrooms, including an ADA restroom on each floor.

  • Absolutely! The space was completely renovated in 2023 to meet current standards, including an elevator.

  • Up to 300 standing or cocktail style
    Up to 150 seated or theater style

  • Every event is unique! Please inquire for a custom quote, including special rates for weekdays and non-profits.

  • We most certainly do. We also have a massive ceiling fan in the double-height space, and an expansive sliding door system at the penthouse roof deck.

  • There is no dedicated parking for the building. Street parking in the neighborhood is free, and the time limit expires at 6pm. Additionally, there are a few paid parking garages nearby.

  • There is a garage door at the front of the space for easy loading and unloading.

  • Yes, event insurance is required. It is easy to acquire and often very inexpensive. Check out www.theeventhelper.com as a possible provider.
